advanced elbow treatments to heal your epicondylitis, tennis elbow and golfers elbow, The natural way to heal faster

Dear MendMeshop,

I would like to thank you for a wonderful product. My husband has "golfer's elbow" and the use of the ultrasound and gel has helped it immensely.

He has nearly gained full use of his arm. Cortisone shots had only given him temporary relief. Thank you!

Dear MendMeShop,

A few months ago my tennis elbow started to flare up again. I have gone to physical therapy for ultrasound treatments in the past and they worked. I'm not in a position right now to go to physical therapy, so thought I would just have to ride it out until I could get there.

Then I came across this website and thought I'd give the Ultrasound Pain Therapy System a try. I'm glad I did. The pain has started to subside and I don't have to spend my money going to the physical therapist!

I have friends who have tried my system as well and they are amazed at the results. I would recommend it to anyone.

Thank you MendMeShop!

Dear MendMeShop,

I would very much like to write a review for your wraps since they have been such a help to me. I am an avid tennis player that has this year suffered from both elbow and achilles tendonitis. For years I've been the best in my club but once my tendonitis set in I just couldn't compete.

I tried creams and pain killers and bands but they didn't get me better. I was beginning to fear I'd never recover. Then I ordered a BFST kit and Freezie Wrap from you and things have really turned around.

The tightness and inflammation seem to be pretty much gone and I can't say enough about how much the Freezie Wrap helped for pain - it was like it was sucking the pain right out - truly amazing!

Too bad for the rest of the club. They thought I was out for the season and now I'm back!

Dear MendMeShop,

I am a Registered Nurse who works straight night shifts and I have had chronic neck, bilateral shoulder and arm pain intermittently for 3 years. I have seen a chiropractor, a neurologist, and physical therapist. I have tingling and numbness in my arms and hands, especially when I push on the pressure points near my elbows. In fact, most or all of the pressure point in my neck, shoulders, and arms hurt when pressed / massaged.

The neurologist said it is probably cervical strain, the nerve conduction test was negative. I just saw my primary physician today and she has referred me back to the neurologist to redo the nerve test because I am starting to drop things. I have tried NSAIDs, massage, tens, heating packs, ice packs, stretching exercises, and traction.

The only treatment that took the pain and numbness away instantly and thorougly has been MendMeShop Ultrasound massage therapy.

Dear MendMeShop,

I had a career of over 30 years as a railroad mechanic during which time I inflicted much abuse to my body, especially the knees and elbows. After much research on my condition I purchased two of your products available and after three weeks of using them I have to say that I'm almost totally free of the constant, unbearable pain that I was experiencing.

I appreciate the care your company provides to their customers with your advisors on hand to answer any questions you might have and help you through the healing process.

I will be recommending your products to my friends in the future, thank you again MendMeShop.

Dear MendMeShop,

I used my ultrasound for three weeks 3x's a day for 5 minutes each interval. I have tendenitis in my elbow and it really feels like it is healed.

My job requires a lot of lifting and being off for a while has probably helped my healing and treatment. I hope my elbow doesn't flair up after going back to work. If in fact it does return I will return to the therapy with my ultrasound. I think I will start using it on my heals as I have plantar fasciitis and am on my feet constantly at work.

Thanks again for the great product. You guys ROCK!

Diagnosis Of Epicondylitis

Medical professionals will be able to assess, test and diagnose whether you have tennis elbow or golfer's elbow through a variety of processes.

Lateral view of the arm and muscles

Medical History

To begin with, your doctor will gather a medical history about you and your current condition and symptoms. They will inquire about the intensity of your present pain, the duration of your symptoms and the limitations you are experiencing (i.e. does it hurt when you move your wrist).

Details about what instigated the problem, when it started, and whether or not you have ever had treatments for this or a similar condition in the past, are also very helpful in assessing your injury.

Physical Examination

A physical examination will be performed to determine if you have any signs of tennis elbow, golfer's elbow or other elbow injuries.

They will visually assess and palpate (feel) the bones and soft tissue in both your elbows to evaluate symmetry and recognize differences. This will identify any abnormalities, such as mild or severe inflammation (redness, warmth, swelling, pain or dysfunction), bone deformity, and atrophied muscles.

You will generally be asked to complete a series of elbow, wrist, finger or forearm movements to test possible elbow injuries, as well as your range of motion, muscle strength, joint stability and location of tenderness.

An X-ray can assist your doctor in eliminating other causes of elbow pain, such as arthritis or a fracture, however it is often not required. Rarely are more complex diagnostic tests requested; occasionally an EMG (electromyography) or nerve studies will be recommended if more information is needed.
